Earnest Miles Rogers, age 54, passed to eternal life on April 5, 2016 He was born on April 24, 1961. He a graduate of Roswell High School class of 1979 and was a devoted member of Zion Baptist Church. He was preceded by his mother Marion Metts Rogers. He leaves behind his father Roosevelt Rogers Sr. He also leaves behind his brother Roosevelt Rogers Jr and his wife Linda Rogers. His sister Vance Darlene Stroman and her husband Paul A. Thompson, His younger sister Barbara Nicole Rogers. He also leaves behind his niece Erica O. Pinkett and nephew Tyler Ray. He leaves behind uncles, cousins, and many relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at Zion Baptist Church, 888 Zion Circle, Roswell, GA 30077, on Monday, April 11,2016, at 1:00 PM. Dr. Willie Caldwell will officiate. He will be place in state at the church at 12:00 PM. Family will receive friends on Sunday, April 10 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Northside Chapel Funeral Directors, 12050 Crabapple Road, in Roswell. Interment will follow the service at Green Lawn Cemetery.
