Beloved wife, mother, and friend Sharon Stringer Consoli lost her valiant battle with cancer on Monday May 25, 2009. Sharon was born in Greensboro, NC on April 20, 1964 to parents Scott and Carolyn Stringer. She, her parents, and brother Myron moved to Chattanooga, where she graduated from Red Bank High School with the class of 1982. Sharon graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Marketing. It was here that she met her husband Robert David Consoli. They were married in 1986; Rob and Sharon moved to Alpharetta Georgia in 1994, where they have raised their daughter Lauren (17), and sons David (14) and Jonathan (10). The Consoli’s are members of Fellowship Bible Church in Roswell, and have deep roots in their community. Since her diagnosis of lung cancer in October 2004, Sharon cherished every moment of every day with her husband, children, and close friends. Even after countless chemotherapy treatments, Sharon was best known for her unfailing faith and her ability to inspire and encourage others regardless of their circumstances. Sharon is survived by her husband and children as well as parents Scott and Carolyn Stringer of Chattanooga, TN; Brother Myron Stringer of Hixson TN; Aunt Betty Sue Condred of Hixson TN; Great Uncle Wilburn Killian, Hoover AL.; Mother in-law Mary Consoli of Knoxville, TN; her brother and sister-in–law Richard and Leslie Consoli of Knoxville, TN; her brother-in-law Michael Consoli of Roswell, GA, and nieces and nephews. Visitation with the Consoli Family will be on Wednesday at Northside Chapel, 12050 Crabapple Rd in Roswell from 5pm to 8pm. The celebration of Sharon’s life will be held on Thursday, May 28th at 11:00am at Fellowship Bible Church, 480 W. Crossville Rd in Roswell. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 31, 2009 at 3:00 pm at the Signal Mountain Presbyterian Church in Chattanooga, TN.
