EBRIGHT – Anne Maddox Ebright, 92 of Cumming, formerly of Alpharetta, died September 19, 2009. Born in Alpharetta to the late C. Emmerson Maddox and Blanche Rucker Maddox, Mrs. Ebright was retired from the Fulton County Board of Education with a distinguished career of over 35 years as a third and fourth grade teacher. She taught at Northwestern, Garden Hills, Kimball Bridge and Alpharetta Elementary. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roland C. Ebright, Sr. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Ron and Carla Ebright of Milton, grandchildren, Sabrina Ebright and Michael and Brittany Ebright and several cousins. Funeral services will be on Monday, September 21, 2009 at 3:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Dr. Don Martin officiating. Interment will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery. The family requests that donations be made to The Blanket Ministry, c/o Alpharetta United Methodist Church, 69 North Main Street, Alpharetta, GA 30009. The Ebright family will receive friends on Sunday from 4 to 6 PM at Northside Chapel Funeral Directors and Crematory, Roswell/Alpharetta, 770/645-1414.
