Lillian C. Dockery age 85 of Marietta died July 3, 2010. She was a lifelong resident of the Warsaw community and retired from the U.S. Postal Service. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Jessie James Rogers and David Green Dockery. She is survived by her daughter, Janis Hill and son-in-law, John H. Hill of Marietta; son, James Rogers and daughter-in-law, Mary Rogers of Forsyth; sisters, Mr. and Mrs. James Clay of Decatur and Ms. Carolyn Waits of Cumming; grandchildren, Mr. and Mrs. Quentin Ritch of Roswell and Mr. and Mrs. Glynn Rogers of Flovilla; great-grandchildren, Cassie Rogers, Emily Rogers, Robert Ritch, Ashton Ritch, Kaden Hill and Baxter Dove. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at 1:00pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. C.T. Evans to officiate. Interment will follow at Warsaw Cemetery. The Dockery family will receive friends on Monday, July 5, 2010 from 2-4 and 6-8:00pm at Northside Chapel Funeral Directors, Roswell 770-645-1414. www.northsidechapel.com
