Our beloved Margaret (Peggy) Pickens entered her eternal life on January 19th, 2024.
Peggy was a loving Wife and Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother. She loved family and friend gatherings, being by the pool, dancing to George Strait, watching the Virgin River series on Netflix, and making all who were around her feel like family.

Peggy was born on March 17th, 1937, in Marietta GA to Lenora (Byda) Camp and Albert Camp. She grew up in Marietta and married the love of her life on November 25, 1953. Buddy and Peggy moved their family to Alpharetta, GA in 1967 and started a successful insurance agency, bringing so many people together.

Peggy is preceded in death by her beloved husband; George (Buddy) Pickens.
Peggy is survived by her children; Tony Pickens (Lillian) of Alpharetta, Georgia; Terri Hamil (Tony) of Cumming, Georgia and her twin sister Patsy (Bill) Montgomery of Cumming, Georgia.
Peggy is also survived by her three grandchildren; Lenora Wood (Steven), Anthony Pickens (Katie) and Lee Shirley; including her four great grandchildren: Logan Shirley, Madison & Brenden Wood and Trey Pickens.

Funeral services will be at Northside Chapel on Sunday, January 28th at 2pm.
