Rocco Salvatore Autero, Jr., age 72, of Gainesville, GA, passed away January 1, 2015 following an extended illness. Rocco retired from AOL where he was a database consultant. After retiring Rocco was an adjunct instructor in mathematics at Lanier Technical College, Oakwood Campus. Rocco was a member of St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church in Roswell, GA.

Rocco was predeceased by his parents Rocco Salvatore Autero, Sr and Anna Autero. He is survived by his living wife Brenda Autero; his son Brian Autero, daughter-in-law Margaret Autero, three grandchildren Reid, Sofia and William Autero; his sister Victoria Wilkowski, his brother-in-law Richard Wilkowski and nephew Christopher Wilkowski; sister-in-law Debbie Gregory, brother-in-law John Gregory and nephew Jason Pleacher.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
