Joan Martin White age 62 of Canton passed away on October 29, 2021. Joan was a graduate of Roswell High School class of 1977. After high school Joan became a licensed cosmetologist. Upon her death, Joan worked with Royston LLC in Jasper for the past 17 years. Joan was preceded in death by her parents, Claude Henry Martin and Pauline J. Martin; brothers, Jerry Claude Martin and Randall Lamar Martin. Joan is survived by her brother, R. Steve Martin and his wife, Lisa W. Martin, their children, Harrison Martin and Lacy Martin; grandniece, Lula Sage. Randall Lamar’s children, Nikki Lea Martin and Christopher Randall Lamar Marin. Also, longtime friend, Anthony Willis. Joan will be lying in state at Northside Chapel, Sunday, October 31, 2021 from 12PM to 5PM for friends and family. A private family viewing will be held Monday, November 1, 2021 from 9AM to 10AM at Northside Chapel. A graveside service will be held at the Old Roswell Cemetery at 11AM with Rev. Ronnie Loner officiating
