Mrs. Pat McDonnell

August 30, 1948 - April 15, 2022

Patricia Ann Lisky McDonnell, 73 years old of Roswell, GA, passed peacefully into eternity surrounded by her family in her home on April 15, 2022. Patricia (Pat, Patty Ann) was born in Jersey City, NJ to Peter and Estelle Lisky on August 30, 1948. She and her husband, Joseph McDonnell, and their 2 sons, Shaun and Scott, moved to Lake Hopatcong, NJ in 1975 and lived there until 1984 when they moved to Roswell, GA. Pat was a longtime employee of Prudential Realty (now Berkshire Hathaway) who was rarely on time but always got her job done. She was an avid reader and loved her book club friends. She loved to travel and would often sing her rendition of “On the Road Again.” Pat’s faith in God was best expressed in her prayers for her family. Her greatest love was for her family, especially her husband, Joe. They met at the early age of 11 years old and lived a long life committed to one another. Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, Peter Paul Lisky and Estelle Rose Lisky. She is survived by her husband of 52 ½ years, Joseph McDonnell, sons Shaun McDonnell, Scott (Kelly) McDonnell, grandchildren Alexis Zito-McDonnell, Faith McDonnell, Joseph McDonnell, great grandson Zane McDonnell, sister Donna (Richard) Kaminski and nephews Erik (Nicole) Kaminski and Michael (Lacey) Kaminski, 7 great nephews, 1 great niece and a host of extended family and friends. The family will receive visitors Wednesday, April 20th 11:00 am-1:00 pm with the service to follow at 1:00 pm at Northside Chapel 12050 Crabapple Road Roswell, GA 30075.
