Albert Glenn Caswell, age 90, of Canton, Georgia, passed away peacefully at his home on
September 2, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.
Glenn lived a life devoted to faith, family, and service. A proud veteran of the United States
Army and a devout supporter of his church of forty years, Alpharetta First Baptist. Glenn retired
from Western Electric and then went on to drive a school bus for another 20 years.
Papa grew up in Heard County, GA, and always loved going back there to visit. He was an avid
Georgia Bulldogs fan and really enjoyed cruising around in his '57 Chevy Bel Air with his family
and friends. He carried himself with quiet strength and a steadfast heart. He could always be
found working to keep the deer out of his garden, having breakfast with his buddies, or sharing
a good cup of coffee with someone he loved.
He is survived by his loving wife of 67 cherished years, Stella Ann (Echols) Caswell; his son,
Matt Caswell and his wife Joye; and his daughter, Glynis Caswell. His love and legacy live on
through his grandchildren: Erin Caswell, Hannah Nix, Adam Caswell & his wife Laure. Manley
Conhiser, and through his great-grandchildren: Graham and Mia Van Ormer and Harper Black.
A visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. at
Northside Chapel on Crabapple Road in Roswell (Sunday, September 7). A private family
interment will take place afterward at Green Lawn Cemetery in Roswell. In lieu of flowers, the
family kindly requests that donations be made to the "Touch of Love" ministry at Alpharetta First
Baptist Church, a cause close to Glenn's heart.
Papa's life was a testament to devotion, humility, and love. His faith guided him, his family
honors him, and his memory will continue to inspire all who knew him.
