Barbara "Babs" Gail Haley, age 76, of Roswell, Georgia, passed away peacefully on April 17, 2026. Known for her kindness, quiet strength, and unwavering loyalty to those she loved, Babs touched the lives of many throughout her years.
Babs valued education and personal growth, and throughout her life she remained committed to learning and service. She was preceded in death by her mother, Catherine W. Haley; her biological father, Dorsey Bannister; her adopted father, David E. Haley Sr.; and her sister, Brenda C. Sandow. She is survived by her brother, Mark D. Haley of Roswell, Georgia, brother-n-laws, Larry L. Manning of Roswell, Georgia and Gary Sandow of Florida, and her longtime friend and companion, Cheryl Gorman of Punta Gorda, Florida as well many Nieces and Nephews, and many, many friends who will forever cherish her memory.
A memorial service honoring Babs' life will be held on May 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Saint Mark United Methodist Church, located at 781 Peachtree Street, Atlanta, GA 30308. Parking will be available in the garage directly behind the church. The family will receive friends after the service.
