Barry Eugene Gunter, 74, of Canton passed Sunday, March 1, 2026.

A graduate of Milton High School, Barry was a motorcycle mechanic for thirty plus years with Harley Davidison of Atlanta. In addition to his love of motorcycles, he also enjoyed playing softball in his younger years and deer hunting.

Barry is preceded in death by this father, Charles Gunter and mother, Rachel Gunter and sisters Shirly and Linda. He is survived by his son, Steven Gunter (Melody) and grandson, Henry. As well as brothers Stanley (Donna), Joe (Brenda), and Jim, along with sister Mary.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 4 from 5 to 7 pm at Northside Chapel located at 12050 Crabapple Road, Roswell, GA 30075.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, March 5 at 1pm at Providence Road Baptist Church located 14500 Providence Road, Milton, GA 30004.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to the Providence Baptist Church cemetery fund.
