Brandon Ghattas of Atlanta, Georgia passed away on June 7th, 2023 at the age of 26. He was born on October 22, 1996 in Atlanta, Georgia to David and Terri Ghattas.
Brandon was passionate about his family, sports, and his job with Nolan Transportation Group.
Brandon was a competitive hockey and football player, playing on several travel teams, and being voted MVP of his high school hockey league.
Brandon's love for athletics, and the outdoors, did not end there. Brandon's happy place was on the beach in Saint Simon's Island, where he had a very special relationship with his Pop (grandfather). Whether in the water or on the snow, you could always find Brandon skiing, with a big grin as he tried a new trick.
Even despite a global pandemic, Brandon persevered and officially graduated from the University of North Georgia in May of 2020, with his Bachelors in Business Administration. From then, Brandon took great pride in his success and achievements in his professional career, as a Carrier Sales Representative in the commercial freight industry. Brandon never turned down an opportunity to talk freight… and his margin!
Brandon is survived in death by parents, David & Terri Ghattas; his sister, Elise Ghattas; his grandparents: Dorothy & Carroll Cox, and Debbie & Mike Levin; his Aunt and Uncle Debbie & Chris Brown, and Uncle Andy Cox. Brandon is also survived by his 5 cousins: Matt & Nick Brown, and Lina (Roman) Barber, David Cox, and Madison Blanton.
