Carlos Julio Bosch, 61, Johns Creek, August 14, 2025.

Carlos was a humanitarian, a friend, a colleague, a spouse, a parent, and a grandfather, in his heart always lending a hand to others whenever, wherever needed, He attended highschool at Colegio Ponceno, Ponce Puerto Rico and graduated with a BS from West Virginia University, Charleston, WV. As head of technology for North America GSMA, he belonged to many organizations and was a renowned and consummate diplomat in the telecommunications space between Government, Industry and institutions such as Virginia University and Georgia Tech to promote more equal access to internet and technology to disadvantaged communities. Survived by his spouse and children: Carla, Cristina, Raymond, and Enzzo. He will be sorely missed for his tenacious sense of humor and love of life.

A private memorial service will be held in his honor in January 2026. Private interment to be held.
