Ms. Carole Mouchet Eubanks age 89 of Atlanta, Georgia passed away on December 21, 2024.
Carole Mouchet was born in Atlanta, Georgia December 21, 2035 at Crawford Long Hospital. She attended Washington Seminary in Atlanta, Georgia. Upon graduation, she enrolled at Sophie Newcomb College of Tulane University where she obtained a BA in Music in 1957. Carole was an accomplished pianist as she continued her education in a graduate program at the University of Paris, The Sorbonne in '57 – '58. She was elected to Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities in 1957.

Carole met and married George M. Eubanks in 1959. They raised three children, George F., Amy, and Susan. She is survived by her children and their spouses, George F. and Kathy Eubanks of Mission Viejo, CA, Susan and Danny Graham of Alpharetta, GA and Amy and Tom Roegge of Alpharetta, GA. She has six beautiful grandchildren, Ella and Annabelle Eubanks, Savannah, Daniel and Christian Graham, and Benjamin Thiesen. She is also survived by her sister Judy Mouchet Martin of Gainesville, GA.

Carole enjoyed staying involved in the community no matter where she lived. She was a volunteer for many years at the Sandy Springs library, was secretary of the non-profit organization, The Community of the Cross of Nails, volunteered at St. Joseph's Hospital as a pink lady, volunteered at Hudson's Library in Highlands, and was the pianist at Lutheran Church of the Holy Family in Highlands, NC. Carole enjoyed tennis, golf, hiking and any time with her family who she loved above all else.
