Mrs. Corinne Marquesano of Alpharetta, Georgia passed away Monday, February 27, 2023 in her home. Corinne was born in Bridgeport Connecticut to Violet and Carl Reynolds. She spent her childhood with mother and grandparents John and Corinne Boland after her father's passing. As a child she always listened to music and could play the piano as well as took training for the opera.
In 1961, Corinne met the love of her life Daniel Marquesano who also shared her love of music at a dance in Manhattan. They were married shortly after and had a long and loving marriage of 44 years until his death on December 12, 2005 when Danny passed. Together, they had 2 children. Alan who resides in New York who married Stephanie, giving her two grandchildren, Harris and Jensyn. Sandy, their youngest who resides in Milton Georgia married Jeff Degen and added four more grandchildren Chloe, Jeffrey, Carlie and Reece to the family. On February, 3, 2023 Chloe gave birth to John Ryder and Corinne was thrilled to hold her first great grandson in her arms at Jeff and Sandy's home. In addition, Corinne was fortunate to be the Stepmother to three daughters Diane, mother of Bruce and Tammy, Elaine mother of Kurt and Seth and Susan, mother of Andrew and Jessica. Her extended family brought her an enormous amount of pride and joy.
After moving to Alpharetta in 2011, Corinne enjoyed her retirement with her new neighborhood friends and exploring her new city. She had a strong connection to her grandchildren as well as her devotion to her one true love, Bailey, her little schnauzer. Corinne was well liked by everyone that met her and was known to be good humored and kind. She will be missed by all the lives she touched.
The visitation for Corinne Marquesano will take place at two o' clock in the afternoon on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at the Northside Chapel at 12050 Crabapple Rd. Roswell, Georgia. The funeral service to honor the life of Corinne Marquesano will be three o' clock in the afternoon following the visitation.
