Gary (Skip) Fay, 74, a resident of Roswell, GA, passed away on Wednesday, October 22, 2025.

Skip was a dedicated homebuilder for over 40 years before retiring in 2018.

He loved traveling out West with his family, especially to hike and fish. Glacier National Park held a special place in his heart. A big Georgia Bulldogs fan, Skip cherished Saturdays spent tailgating and cheering on his team at home games.

His four grandchildren brought him tremendous joy. He could often be found on the sidelines, proudly watching baseball, soccer, and football games, always their biggest fan.

Beloved husband of 52 years to Kathleen Fay (nee Gruen). Loving father of Reggie (Candice) of Boise, ID; Nathan of Los Angeles, CA; and Lindsey Shannon (Chris) of Roswell, GA. Proud grandfather of Colton and Landon Fay, and Wesley and Will Shannon.

The family will hold a private service. In lieu of flowers, donations in Skip's memory may be made to the
