Holmes Wade McConnell, 52, of Dawsonville, GA formerly of Warner Robins, GA, passed away June 28th, 2023 at Emory University Atlanta due to surgical complications. Wade was born in Valdosta, GA.

Wade was predeceased by his father, Levis A. McConnell, Jr. of Warner Robins, GA. He is survived by his mother, Margaret Ann Ebmeyer (Edward) of Alpharetta, GA. , his brother Levis "Al" McConnell (Melinda) of Milton, GA, his children Matthew and Kayla McConnell of Kathleen, GA, and his nephews Hayden and Ian McConnell of Milton, GA.

Wade graduated from Warner Robins High School in 1988 and The University of Georgia in 1994. Wade loved and cherished his two children, playing golf, snow skiing , hiking the Appalachian trail, and his beloved Georgia Bulldogs. Wade was a member of First Baptist Church of Warner Robins, GA.
