Gracie Fawcett, age 3, of Marietta, Georgia, passed away at home on August 18, 2025 in the loving arms of her parents.

Gracie loved the beach and the pool, Ms. Rachel and Bluey, and music (especially "Baby Beluga" and the Gilmore Girls theme song). She liked noisy things like the vacuum cleaner, weed eater, and leaf blower. She liked long walks to listen to the cars whiz by, and she loved her goofy dog, Simon, especially when he was barking (which was often). She was such a funny and busy little love.

She is survived by her parents, Billy and Annabelle Fawcett; her grandparents, Brad and Melanie Smith, and Marc and Laura Fawcett; her great grandparents, Helen Anderson and Charlotte Camp (James); her aunt, Emily Fawcett (Nick Massa); uncles, Brad Smith (Sarah) and Derek Smith (Emily); and many other great aunts and uncles and tons of cousins and friends.

We would like to extend a special thank you to Gracie's friends at In Harmony Pediatric Therapy: Kristi Estes, Melissa Leitner (physical therapy), Hanlee McCart (music therapy), and Jennifer Henry (aquatherapy). We would also like to extend a special thank you to her hospice nurses, Lanise Shortell and Syreeta Cooks.

The family will receive friends at Northside Chapel Funeral Directors and Crematory on Wednesday, August 27th from 5:00-8:00 PM.

Gracie's funeral mass will be held at St. Peter Chanel Catholic Church on Thursday, August 28th at 10:30 AM with a reception to follow.
