Jackson Paul (Jack) Davis, age 18, of Milton, Georgia, passed away unexpectedly on the morning of August 16, 2023. Jack attended Alpharetta First United Methodist Church and was a 2023 graduate of Milton High School, where he was a member of the three-time State Championship golf team. An excellent student, he was also a three-time Scholar Athlete. His athletic and academic achievements resulted in an offer to join the golf team of Berry College, where he planned to pursue a degree in business. A sports enthusiast, Jack had also played travel baseball and travel basketball, and he enjoyed college football seasons and bowl pick challenges. He was the beloved son of Randy and Cyndy (Hewgley) Davis. In addition to his parents, other survivors include his grandparents, James and Louise Davis (Hayden, AL) and Buddy and Linda Hewgley (Ten Mile, TN); aunts and uncles, Russ and Gina Davis (New Market, AL) and Chip and Veronica Hewgley (Woodstock, GA); and cousins Evan (Lauren) and Seth Davis (New Market, AL) and Hannah, Kate, Andrew and Abby Hewgley (Woodstock, GA).
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Northside Chapel. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at 10:30AM at Alpharetta First United Methodist Church.
