Jacob McQuillen, 21, of Alpharetta, Georgia, passed away on August 6, 2024. Born on September 23, 2002, in Pittsburgh, Jake was known for his kind, funny, and adventurous spirit.

Jake attended Milton High School and pursued higher education for two years in Austin, Texas. His hobbies included kendama, skateboarding, exploring, traveling, going to concerts, and playing the piano. Those who knew Jake appreciated his wit, empathy, and charisma.

He was a regular attendee at St. Benedict the Abbott, where he participated actively in the community. After moving to Georgia he joined St. Thomas Aquinas church. Jake's fearless and independent nature inspired many in his community and beyond.

Jake is survived by his father, Garrett; mother, Judy; and sister, Paige, who will miss him deeply.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 19th at 10AM at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. A reception will follow the service. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2PM to 4PM and 6PM to 8PM at Northside Chapel Funeral Directors.
