Jane Dyer Mitchell went to her eternal home on September 18, 2024. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Karen and Neil Mathis, grandchildren Andrew, Claire, and Jacob Mathis, stepdaughter and stepson-in-law Tami and Stephen Pirkle, brother and sister-in-law John and Catherine Dyer, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Jane grew up in Augusta, GA and moved to Tucker, GA as a teenager. She attended Tucker High School and went to the University of Georgia where she graduated with a degree in Special Education. She later earned a degree in Business Administration at Georgia State University. Jane worked as a teacher for many years. She later worked in the banking industry and as a real estate agent. The most important thing in Jane's life was her relationship with Jesus Christ.
The family will receive friends at Northside Chapel in Roswell, GA on Wednesday, October 2 from 6:00-8:00pm. A private family interment will be held at a later time. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the ALS Association of Georgia
