Karen Kokomoor Folsom, 79, of Alpharetta, GA passed away peacefully on May 26, 2025.

She was born in Pasadena, CA, grew up in Gainesville, FL, and lived most of her adult life in Alpharetta, GA where she spent many years working for the Fulton County Library System.

Mrs. Folsom is survived by her husband of over 50 years, George Hill Folsom III, daughters Amy Folsom and Heather Sherrington, and 4 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mabel and Marvin Kokomoor M.D., and three siblings, Henry, Mary, and Frank Kokomoor.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 2 at 3 p.m. at Northside Chapel Funeral Directors and Crematory, 12050 Crabapple Rd, Roswell, GA 30075.
