Katherine Frye (Apone) 78, of Roswell GA past on peacefully at home on March 15, 2025.

Kathie grew up in Springfield, OH. She was awarded a degree in Chemistry from Syracuse University and was a Drug Investigator for the FDA in Washington DC. She married her husband, Dale Frye, in St. Charles, MO on April 12, 1980 and were married almost 45 years. Kathie loved classical music and enjoyed playing piano and violin. She loved traveling and studied abroad in France. She worked for the FDA and the NIH. She was an avid follower of the English royal family, and had an interest in UFOs and Big Foot. She attended several MUFON conferences. She is preceded in death by her brothers Mark, Joseph and her child Joshua. She is survived by her husband Dale, her other two children Sarah and Andrew, and her granddaughter Briana.

There will be a graveside service at 1PM Friday, March 21, 2025 at Milton Fields in Milton GA, 1150 Birmingham Road, Milton, Georgia. Either potted plants (Daffodils will be planted at the grave site later) or a donation to Ronald McDonald House, Columbus, GA whose support we appreciated when it was most needed.
