Mrs. Linda Eileen Hackbush Bossman, cherished mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend passed away Friday, October 20th, 2023. Born October 30th, 1945, in Buffalo, New York, Linda was the beloved daughter of the late Fredrick Kage and Eileen Mabel Fisher Hackbush.
Linda married the love of her life, Paul Rodney Bossman in the winter of 1963. The marriage was blessed with four children, Lisa Lynn, Brian Paul, Deborah Renee, and Deanne Nicole. Linda and Paul loved each other deeply and enjoyed precious moments at family celebrations and on camping trips with the kids.
In 1978, Linda, Paul, and the children moved to South Carolina. It was here that they saw their children build their own families, bringing joy in the form of 17 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Linda was a gentle soul, always willing to lend a listening ear. Her genuine sweetness, matched only by her unwavering love for her family, left an indelible mark on everyone she met. Along with her parents, Linda is now reunited with her beloved husband, Paul.
She leaves behind a legacy of love: her children Lisa Horton of Escondido, California, Brian Bossman (Kim) of Newnan, Georgia, Debbie Sullivan (Peter) of Marietta, South Carolina, and Deanne Townsend (Trey) of Atlanta, Georgia; along with 17 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren who will forever treasure her memory.
