Mrs. Marlene Louise Hitt's Obituary
Marlene Louise Hitt of Roswell, Georgia passed away on January 11, 2025. Marlene was born on September 12, 1934, in Framingham, Massachusetts.
In 1953, Marlene enlisted in the U.S. Navy working at the U.S. Naval School of Justice. During this time, she met her future husband, Jerry Hitt, also of the U.S. Navy. They married in 1954 and later had four children.
Marlene is survived by her son, Michael, and daughter, Marla (Fox); eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jerry; daughters, Merri Gaye (Strauss) and Pamela (Herr); and sisters, Jean (Booth) and Joan (Tupper).
There will be a memorial/celebration of life for Marlene in Cape Cod- East Dennis, Massachusetts.
