Sandra J. Rizzo, 72, of Woodstock, Georgia passed away Thursday, March 21, 2024.
A native of Tampa, Florida, Sandra graduated from Hillsborough High School. She went on to
have a tenured career holding administration positions at Barnett Bank, The City of Tampa
Water Department, and W.S Packaging in Peachtree City, Georgia.
Sandra's proudest achievements were the life and family she built with Danny, her high school
sweetheart and husband of 53 years. Family came first, and she was always present when it
came to her children and grandchildren.
Sandra is survived her husband Dennis of Woodstock, Georgia; son, Mark (Jennie), of Tampa,
Florida; daughter Leslie Faw (Jonathan) of Woodstock, Georgia; grandchildren Madalynne,
Natalie, Jillian, Mark, Jr., and Mallory; mother Frances Miranda of Tampa, Florida; sisters
Margaret Hernandez, Sharon Ogle, and Toni Horan, all of Tampa, Florida. She is preceded in
death by her father, Roy Miranda.
A celebration of life for immediate family will be held on April 6 in Tampa, Florida.
