Sophie Anna Klippel, age 23, of Roswell, Georgia, was tragically taken from her family in an automobile accident on March 12, 2026.

Sophie was a bright, compassionate, and deeply thoughtful young woman whose presence brought warmth and light to everyone around her. She had a curious mind and a generous spirit, and she carried herself with both intelligence and heart. She was drawn to understanding people and how to care for them, which led her to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience at DePaul University.

Sophie earned her CNA license and worked nights at St Joseph's Hospital as a Patient Care Technician while continuing her studies at Mercer University to become a Nurse Practitioner, a reflection of her strength, discipline, and deep commitment to helping others. Sophie was building a life centered on care, purpose, and making a difference.

Sophie attended Roswell North Elementary, Crabapple Middle, and Roswell High School, where she formed lifelong friendships and left a lasting impression on classmates and teachers alike. Sophie had a quiet strength, she listened deeply, cared fully, and loved those around her with sincerity and kindness. She had a way of making people feel seen, understood, and valued. She loved deeply, laughed easily, and found joy in the simple moments shared with the people she cared about most.

More than anything, Sophie was a beloved daughter, sister, and granddaughter. She shared a deep and special bond with her mother, Kelly; her father, David; and her sister, Lena. Her family was the center of her world, and she will always remain at the center of theirs.
Sophie is survived by her mother, Kelly Klippel; her father, David Klippel; her sister, Lena Klippel; her grandmother, June Klippel; and a loving extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends who will continue to carry her memory forward.

A memorial service to celebrate Sophie's life will be held on April 18, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Northside Chapel, 12050 Crabapple Road, Roswell, Georgia. The family will receive friends and loved ones at Northside Chapel 30 minutes to the service.
