Susan Eleanor Morgan, 78, of Sandy Springs, GA passed away on October 28, 2024. Sue was born July 19, 1946 in Atlanta, daughter of the late John and Muriel (Cleed) Morgan of Crabapple. Susan is survived by her brother, Chip Morgan (Mary), nephew, Richard Morgan (Julie), niece, Erica Hinton (Matt) and 6 great nephews and nieces. Sue graduated from Sandy Springs High School and attended UGA. She worked in various fields in the Atlanta area, ultimately providing loving care for her parents in their final years.

Sue was a devoted daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She put great effort into making others feel deeply known and loved.

Sue spent 2024 bravely fighting lung cancer. Even at the end, Sue expressed kindness to each medical staff member in the hospital, always being sure to thank them, even when speaking was difficult. Sue will be remembered for making her loved ones feel special, finding humor in hard situations, and helping us to carry on family traditions. We love you, Sue.

A service to honor the life of Sue will be held on Sunday, November 17, 2024 at 1:00pm at Sweetwater Memorial Chapel at 1000 Pleasant Hill Rd. Lawrenceville, GA 30046.
