Virginia Miller Mann, affectionately known as Jenny, passed away peacefully at her home in Woodstock, Georgia, on May 17, 2025, at the age of 80.
Born on April 11, 1945, in Atlanta, Georgia, Jenny lived a life full of warmth, kindness, and devotion to her family. She built a successful career at Southern Company, where she worked for many years before retiring. Known for her quiet strength, thoughtful nature, and generous heart, Jenny touched the lives of many—especially her family, whom she cherished above all else.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Henry "Buddy" Mann; her daughter, Jennifer Bonatakis; her son-in-law, Rob Bonatakis; and her adored grandsons, Jack and Ryan Bonatakis. Jenny found her greatest joy in being a grandmother, and her love and presence will live on in her grandsons' hearts and lives.
Jenny was a lifelong animal lover and supporter of humane causes. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her memory to the Atlanta Humane Society at https://atlantahumane.org/ , a cause close to her heart.
A small private service will be held with immediate family to honor her life and legacy.
She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.
